Amazing. It really made me FEEL like I was playing Week 7. Truly astonishing.

Little-Renastair responds:

I got early access to the code, they will kill me for leaking it like this

It's a pretty decent game, but the one thing that frustrates me is this: how do the dodges work? Is that just RNG? Both my dodge and speed are considerably higher than the finale character, for example, but they rack up like 11 dodges in a row for some reason.

Blobzone responds:

Yeah, the RNG is pretty fucked up. Speed only decides how often you can attack before the enemy and has nothing to do with the Dodge. The Dodge is the % whether you can dodge an attack or not.

Seems like it would be super fun, but I can't currently play the game, because whenever I click a level or any of the three modes, the ship is just frozen there on the screen, and nothing happens...

FIL1994 responds:

That is odd. What browser are you using? Can you press m to return to the menu?

This is an interesting concept, but as many people have already said, the unpredictable AI made for some very frustrating gameplay. At times, the people on my side would roam around in the red area they had already captured for a few minutes while the other side spawned ten people and I was left with two (somehow I managed to turn the tables and win that round), and at other times, my people killed the other side in under thirty seconds. Also, after clenching my teeth and struggling through six brutal rounds, I still did not get the "Electric King" medal, so I assume that this medal is broken. If you get around to addressing it, I would gladly force myself to fight the good fight against the blue army once more, as I am a sucker for medals. Guess I'll go back to the ninja fridges for now.

DBuck-Eye responds:

Sorry, you didn't get the medal! I gave up before I got it... I'll take a look at it now though, and see if bugs need to be squashed!

I loved this game! Very unique concept, really had me on the edge of my seat in a panicked frenzy, fighting life and limb to survive and protect myself. I was around half my health, and there was a wave of those homing spike-balls that were centimeters away from my string, and I knew I was done for, and a torch powerup suddenly appeared, and as I struggled for it, the INSTANT before I touched it, the game was complete, and I had emerged victorious. I have enjoyed this game fully, and I also enjoyed your other game, Convey, and I look forward to playing other games by you and waiting for more games from you in the future. Keep it up, 'cause for 48 hours this is an amazing game.

Zanzlanz responds:

Hahah I love your story, because those "perfectly timed powerups" are always the best thing ever. Thanks again for playing and reviewing!

Awesome work for 48 hours! Considering this was under the "10-second" theme for the Ludum Dare competition, it was very well done for its category, and it definitely put a smile on my face. I came back to play this the next day (just so I could get the last two medals, of course), but yeah, this was a great game, and I look forward to your upcoming games, if you have anything you're working on.

Zanzlanz responds:

Thanks so much, that's really awesome that it made you smile haha! I'm glad I was able to make a game that fit with the theme like this - usually it's really difficult to come up with something relevant.
And congratulations on getting all the medals :D

What's up? I might upload some songs sometime, I dunno.
